1. Establish a clear routine

Establishing a routine in your day-to-day life, you can ensure that time is split evenly between your school work and your performance life. Having a set schedule and a clear routine is essential to ensuring that your time is split evenly between school and your personal life. Too much of either one will make it difficult to achieve a balance.

2. Exercise! It can help refocus your brain

We all remember a situation where we have been dwelling on something that was making us stressed out and then became completely involved in a work out and immediately forgotten all about it the stresses! That’s because exercise provides a wonderful release from day-to-day stresses.
Chances are, you will probably return to your revision fresher and revitalised.

3. Eat well (and often)

What you eat, and how often you eat, can have a powerful influence on your energy levels. Eating at regular intervals and focusing on consuming low GI food can help to keep your blood sugar levels stable! This can assist in preventing energy crashes, faintness, and lethargy.

4. Listen to your body

Rest is so necessary when you are balancing study and performance. 8 hours a of sleep night is a must! Make sure you listen to your body when it is telling you to slow down. After all you know your body better than anyone else does.

5.Open up and talk about it

If you feel as if you are struggling to find a working balance. Open up and talk about it. You could talk to your friends, your dance teacher, your tutor or your parents!
