Student Tutors

My name is Laura and I'm really passionate about trying to help people succeed in their academic pursuits, or even just get through a subject. I have just completed the HSC in three unit Maths, Geography, Physics, advanced English and Chinese Continuers and achieved what was beyond my expectations. Now I am studying engineering at university. I've always loved Science subjects, HSIE and Maths, but I also went quite well in English. I love explaining concepts in new ways and trying to make learning much more fun and interactive. I believe that the school system can sometimes leave out students who learn in different ways or have fallen behind in a subject, so I really want to help those students catch up or understand concepts. Being a student who has needed help in the past, I know what makes a good teacher and what makes a bad one, and I hope to use this to be a really great tutor. I'm really looking forward to meeting you and hopefully helping to work through any issues you may be struggling with.
